Beautiful park area. Excellent views. Great for families and friends gathering
Looked into buying a place. Until I found out how much debt they have. And any improvements done at the park are charged to the residents. Even if it is something the residents don't want. Park improvements should come out of the HOA fees the residents pay. I would be very careful about purchasing from them.
Best dinner in town by far, definitely a locals place that has good for and the people are always friendly.
